McDonald's Calorie Count and McDonald's Nutrition Information

McDonald's is trying to offer healthier options, but few of these are actually filling and flavorful. The one thing that you can give McDonalds' credit for is if you are looking for McDonald's calorie count or McDonald's nutrition information for their food, they make it very easy to find both online and at their locations. Although the selection may have increased in recent months, the choice of lean and tasty foods is still slim.

McGrilled Chicken Classic
McDonald's Calorie Count: 250 calories, with 11 percent of calories from fat.

Even though they say this is grilled, it tastes boiled. The only sign of grilling is a faint cross-hatching on the bottom of the chicken. The chicken portion is small, too. Adding the fat-free barbecue sauce gives it a little zip. Eaten alone, however, this sandwich would not make a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Looking at other options from McDonald's, I discovered something dismaying: When I looked at their calorie count and nutrition information, although many items have fewer calories, almost 50% of their calories come from fat. In addition, none were large enough to be a satisfying meal on their own.
